Monika Opalko is a nationally certified Physician Associate with board certification in the states of New York and New Jersey. She completed a PA program at Pace University, Pleasantville campus where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant studies. Prior to starting a PA Program, Monika earned her Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
Ms. Opalko specializes in the field of orthopedics. She has experience with total joint replacements, fracture care, post operative care, as well as wound care. She is also experienced in various pain management modalities, including joint and trigger point injections.
At Wellness and Pain, Ms. Opalko is involved in all areas of patient care, from the diagnosis to treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has helped patients find relief from osteoarthritis, joint and muscle conditions, back, neck, and muscle pain.
Outside of work, Monika enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family, playing with her Pomeranian Ginger, and listening to music.
Monika is also fluent in Polish.
